SIMPLICIO R. YUTERO, JR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES (SRY) is a business engaged construction and real estate. It deals with horizontal developments including townhouses, single detached residential units located in Las Piñas and Paranaque.
JEIKA PROPERTIES CORP. (JPC) was organized to manage the expansion of Kathleen place series, Patricia Executive Village and Jeanette Gardens. It was designed to handle the larger developments such as community, villages and subdivision. Recognized as one of the most successful real estate’s developers in the Philippines, transformed the housing prices into low priced quality homes.
