Last December 2016, the Jeika Properties Corp., a subsidiary of JKY Group of Companies, Inc. launched their latest townhouse development in Novaliches named “Kathleen Place 4”. A 742 unit - two storey residential townhouse development designed to accommodate the Filipino community in the heart of Quezon City. The event was spearheaded by our partners and marketing team and was attended by 500 brokers and agents from south and north of metro manila. The Kathleen place 4 envisions to integrate modern architecture with Filipino culture into the unique property where it include a Modern Clubhouse with various facilities such as recreational park and playgrounds.

The project launching was blessed by our JKY President Engr. Simplicio R. Yutero and CFO Jenalin P. Yutero. This project is line with the company’s commitment to support undertaking benefitting the Filipino Community.
